Where to eat

Well, first, it's important to remember that a number of meals are included either in the price of your accommodations or with the workshop sessions.

If you are staying in bed-and-breakfast accommodations, you should get at least a continental breakfast. And, in addition, there will be coffee, tea, juice, and muffins at the morning sessions.

Lunches are also included with the sessions. They'll be held in the Staff Room of the Vaughan Memorial Library.

Evening meals are at our own expense. We do have a reservation for "The Library" at the Blomidon Inn on Thursday evening at 6 p.m. Most have already indicated they would like to attend, but if you haven't yet and would like to come, just let Mary know. "The Library" can still accommodate a few more.

Some of you who are arriving on Wednesday evening have asked about places to eat that evening. I've suggested we all converge upon Chez LaVigne. (I'll warn them!) I haven't made a reservation because I realize we'll all have different arrival times and I want to give you time to relax. But if you'd like something more specific, just let me know.

Like more info? You'll receive a package from the Town of Wolfville upon arrival. And I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you try favourites like the Coffee Merchant and The Bistro (for light snacks) and Acton's, the Blomidon, and Chez LaVigne for more substantial lunches and dinners—at a reasonable price,
