DLI ATLANTIC REPORTS We will get an update from one of the three Research Data Centres in the region--and we will do a round-table on what your data/statistical lives have been like in the past year. We will also present prizes for the most inspirational or useful DLI handout/promotional tool/curriculum component/ instruction pathfinder. We need to share tips and information to survive the stresses that come with economic woes, so do not be shy—share what you have created to bring data into the view of faculty, staff and students! DATA VISUALIZATION This is going to be an amazing session! Data are just numbers until they are analyzed and presented. In early days, there were tables and charts. We will answer every single question you have put on the flipchart during the workshop, or spontaneous thoughts inspired at the penultimate moment. You will get your forms, delivered in person by Jennifer P. We will even give you a map with directions to your home town, if you feel overwhelmed by our two days together! |
