The 35th annual Workshop on Instruction in Library Use will be held at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia from May 10 - 12, 2006. While attending the conference, you are invited to take advantage of the University’s affordable and comfortable accommodations.

Since 2001, Acadia’s residential properties have undergone major renovations and the University has set new standards for accommodations in a campus setting. On the outside, world-class architecture and stunning views of the Annapolis Valley skyline. Inside, spacious rooms with traditional Shaker styling capture the essence and history of the region. Rooms are furnished with desks, ergonomic chairs, private phones and Internet connections; everything to prepare for productive meetings.

The conference has reserved Roy Jodrey Hall, the newest of Acadia’s guest properties. Opened in August 2003, this architectural gem is located within walking distance of meeting facilities and has 48 individual rooms, as well as 16 – 3 bedroom suites (can be modified to 2 bedroom suites). Each room includes a double bed and ample space for your belongings. There is one private bathroom facility for every four individual rooms. Each suite includes a private bathroom and a common lounge/sitting area.
